We did a fun project in buddies today - we have been watching our Eagles nest on YouTube and read a book about taking a pile of shapes and making them into a picture. We had an egg shape that was divided into shapes and they had to make a bird out of the shapes.

We have been working hard learning subtraction in class - please practice at home or in the car :)
The kids writing has improved so much and I'm excited to share with you during conferences on March 21st and 22nd.
Spring Break and Easter is coming up at the end of the month.
We will be building Leprechaun traps in class during the week of March 11th. Please send in a shoe box (or cereal box) for your child. I will also be asking for communal supplies to be sent in (green stuff from the dollar store) I will provide paint, glue and green paper.
